The waterfront sculpture trail passes through one of Auckland's historic quarters, an continuum of open urban space.
The waterfront sculpture trail is made up of seven works of art. Although not designed from the outset as a sculpture walk, these works complement each other and are a microcosm of the art of public sculpture in New Zealand. Each work represents one of the myriad of forms, themes and styles of work that have characterised New Zealand's art scene over past decades.
