Put reality aside and immerse yourself in a genre-blurring 9 day festival, as THE EDGE presents a fresh addition to their 2012 line-up - New Performance Festival. This is where the status quo of theatre is threatened and the next generation of local and international performing artists call out to Auckland from 17th February.

Immerse yourself in a boundary-smashing 9 day festival where local New Zealand artists join forces with international acts to push the boundaries of theatre, dance, music and art.
New Performance Festival features breakthrough works that transcend the gaps of artistic convention. Taking the live experience into rich new territory, the local programme is complemented by leading artists from Canada, Europe and Australia. All have been invited to take part based on their likelihood to change your minds as to what live performance can be!
