World class netball action returns to Vector Arena this September as the Silver Ferns meet the Australian Diamonds as part of a three game series.
The Silver Ferns will play their first of three tests against the Diamonds in Melbourne on September 16th before heading back to New Zealand to face them here at the Arena on September 20th and then at Christchurch's CBS Canterbury Arena on September 23rd.
Any sports fans knows that sparks always fly when these two world beating teams play. But there may be even more fierceness to the court action this time out. That's because five of the recently announced Diamonds Squad are members of the Melbourne Vixens, who were beaten by the Waikato Magic in the final of the Trans-tasman league in late July. In particular, Vixens goalers Karyn Howarth and Tegan Caldwell will no doubt be out to show Silver Ferns/Magic players like Casey Williams, Laura Langman, Irene van Dyk and Leana de Bruin that the trans-Tasman win was a oncer.
It's going to be world-class netball at its best, so don't miss your chance to see all the action up close and personal!
