Owned by Alisdair Gribben of Vivace fame and his partner Wendy Sutherland, Marvell Grill aims to be a warm, friendly gathering place where the food and beverage constantly delivers what it promises and the service is personalised, attentive and knowledgeable. 

Conceptually, the establishment has been derived from a host of ideas taken from travel throughout New Zealand, Asia and America.  At the core of the Marvel Grill concept is the products, their story and how they are delivered that presents the wow factor to the patrons. There is a focus on all New Zealand has to offer and by selecting only the best purveyors and providing the most traceable responsible products. 

The spotlight is on fresh produce and where it has derived showcasing farmers with passion and devotion to their animals as well as the other fine products offered around the country.
